Tricresyl Phosphate TCP High Efficiency Phosphate for Enhanced Polymer Properties
This product is a colorless or light yellow transparent oily liquid, boasting odorless characteristics and strong stability. It is non-volatile and features excellent plasticizing, flame retardant properties, oil resistance, and electrical insulation. With ease of processing, it is insoluble in water but dissolves readily in benzene, alcohol, ether, vegetable oils, mineral oils, and other organic solvents. This vital plasticizer for vinyl resin and nitrocellulose enhances the flexibility of paint films and shows excellent compatibility with synthetic rubber, PVC, polyester, polyolefin, and soft polyurethane foam plastics. It serves as a flame retardant and can be used in electronic potting glue for polyurethane. Additionally, it imparts high abrasion resistance, weatherability, mildew resistance, radiation resistance, and electrical properties to polymers. Developed with innovative eco-friendly techniques, this product minimizes waste production and is classified as low-toxicity.
