Tricresyl Phosphate TCP High Efficiency Phosphate for Durable Polyurethane Products
This product is a colorless or light yellow, transparent oily liquid. It is odorless, exhibits strong stability, and is non-volatile. It also boasts excellent plasticizing flame retardancy, oil resistance, electrical insulation, and ease of processing. While insoluble in water, it dissolves readily in benzene, alcohol, ether, vegetable oil, mineral oil, and other organic solvents. This vital vinyl resin and nitrocellulose plasticizer enhances paint film flexibility and demonstrates superb intermiscibility. It serves as a flame retardant for synthetic rubber, PVC, polyester, polyolefin, and soft polyurethane foam plastics. It also finds application in polyurethane-based electronic potting glue. This product imparts high polymers with superior abrasion resistance, weatherability, mildew resistance, radiation resistance, and electrical properties. Manufactured with advanced, eco-friendly processes, it generates minimal waste and is of low toxicity.
